We recently stayed at the Sierra Grand Hotel as part of our Junior Rugby Tour with 27 families all checking in at once. The lobby was understandably hectic, but Tamara at the front desk was outstanding. She handled everything with absolute professionalism, patience, and a warm, welcoming vibe that immediately put us at ease. From the very beginning, she made us feel at home. Thanks to Tamara, what could have been a stressful arrival turned into a smooth and positive experience. She is a real credit to this hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

We stayed for 7 nights and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious - it everything we needed plus the kitchen was very welcomed as we cooked meals during our stay. The only thing missing were extra baking trays. The facilities on offer are 2 pools and a gym. Customer service was brilliant, special thanks to Tamara (reception desk) who was friendly, courtous and professional. The resort has a great location - just minutes away from the beach, shops, restaurants, Pacific Fair mall and The Star Casino We would definitely stay here again and would high recommend it.

Saw some reviews about noise but haven't experienced that, some construction but that's everywhere. Clean and tidy. Very pleasant staff. Facilities are awesome, indoor AND outdoor pools, spa, sauna, steam room, and gym. Really great for a longer stay with rental car.

Stayed for 9 nights. No mid week house keeping as advertised (for over 5 nights) let alone not a single cleaner in site for our whole stay!! Bedding was stained. Lounges were filthy. Drier sounded like it was about to explode. Handles on the doors we're falling off. Remotes we're taped together and had to get a replacement, which was also taped together 🤣 and the list goes on. Location is great (however extremely noisy at night and hard to get a good night sleep). The long term residents don't put leashes on their dogs when opening their doors which ends up with the dog chasing my 4yo son down the hallway screaming. No where near enough bathroom consumables for 9 days accommodation. One good thing is its a Short Walking distance to pacific fair and the beach with Lots of food options around! Amenities are very good. Which is 2 pools and a gym. Would definitely shop around more before staying here again.... BUT both people I spoke to at reception were lovely.
