Great location, conveniently close to shops and the train station. Perfect for my needs, especially with a kitchen, fridge and microwave. The only thing I would add would be to provide a better view for those like myself who had booked over a year ago (I was on the 3rd floor - not much to look at outside). And also add some USB ports to the wall in each room for multiple devices that need charging. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location. Easy to get too on the light rail after our cruise, even with our luggage. Lovely clean and massive room. Early check in was brilliant. Heaps of places to eat and shop close by.

Well appointed rooms with everything necessary for a short stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well cleaned. Great location! Walking distance to Central Rail, Chinatown and Darling Harbour and the light rail was just outside. Hundreds of places to eat locally ... Very convenient to everything we needed.

I'm not sure that last time any maintenance was done on this place, but ot felt like at least 10 - 15 years. The room was tired and felt dirty. The couch, carpet, tiles and mattress were all stained heavily. There was a mechanical motor operating in the roof cavity that was so noisy. The maintenance guy managed to stop the noise by stuffing a couple of towels under the housing cover. Unsure if thats fire compliant. Our room had on the George st side and we were constantly disturbed overnight by the light rail and the inebriated folk screaming on their way home from the numerous late night venues close by. The foyer held an aroma of cheap air deodoriser and seafood waste. Don't let the photos fool you. This place would be lucky to be a 3 star rated hotel and absolutely not worth the daily rack rate.
