The stay was nice the rooms were clean and spacious. Location was close to terminal 21 as the hotel offers free transport there. Also downloading the Grab app or Bolt is always handy to get around to other shopping malls. Also there is a new night market 10min walk from hotel which is a chill and cool vibe. The reception and cleaners are kind and respectful and always checked if we needed extra things. The concierge Adison at the lobby was always helpful with getting around Bangkok especailly with kids. This street is right in the thick of restaurants and bars/ clubs so always busy at night. If you want to be amongst the busy night life of Bangkok then this be a good spot.

The staff was extremely helpful. All staff took care of each one like they were family it was a wonderful experience to have the pleasure to stay. Adison was one of the best men and people I have ever met and always willing to assist with whatever I needed and would even take time to talk to you and get to know you. Absolutely wonderful. I had a truly wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. A special thank you to Ken and Kitt, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out—they made me feel right at home. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

It is a very nice hotel near by BTS Asok station(10min on foot). Soft mattress, cleaned & quiet room, internet-enabled TV, fully amenities, slippers & bathrobe and etc. Delicious breakfast with juices & coffee, afternoon tea, free drinks and light meals at the lounge on evening time for everyday. If I had to say something, it would be that there was no shoehorn or brush, and the water inlet and outlet were weak. I want to stay there again if I have a chance in future.
