The concierge by the name of Adison, went above and beyond expectations at the Mercure hotel. He was able to secure VIP, First class buss tickets for me even before i arrived to Bangkok. My electric wheel chair did not arrive as promised and expected. He kept me informed of the entire process and was involved, in helping locate the wheelchair, and forwarded it on to me. I have been very pleased by his performance. His time, energy and attitude increased my enjoyment of my trip. Thank you, Adisson. Dr. Gene D.

Great location in the heart of Sukhumvit, within walking distance from the BTS Skytrain and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a beautiful Thai-inspired modern design with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour selection. The complimentary Tuk Tuk ride to Terminal 21 was such a fun touch!

Family and I stayed here for 3 nights and felt that rooms were perfect we had the family room which had a double and a bunk bed for the kids (ages 6 and 4). They loved it so much and we even had enough space for the kids to stretch out and have floor space to play games and chill in the bean bags. Location wise heaps of choices right at your doorstep with easy access to tuktuks for quick trips. Plenty of bars and clubs for grown up time too. Service from all staff were attentive and prompt especially Adison at concierge. Highly recommend to get breakfast included.

Superb service and facilities. Gorgeous kids playroom and pool area. We had a family room, which had a bunk bed so it was perfect for us. Som and Don in privilege club were absolutely adorable and looked after us throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful and definitely made the stay for us fantastic. Location was a bit seedy for us but as long as you’re not out too late then it’s fine. We just had to get a taxi at 4am so we ended up in the midst of it.
