The room had a shower that leaked onto the bathroom floor, we asked to move and gratefully they did move us but it was to another room with 2 q beds and no small sofa to sit on. That was ok but the air conditioner switch was hanging off the wall and looked dangerous to touch. Then I found that my credit card was charged twice for the accommodation. So I had to chase that up and thankfully finance returned the money soon after. Staff were very good to us throughout the 2 night stay.

Old food left behind by another tenant in the fridge Hotel smells musky can’t open the windows Toilet doesn’t flush properly filling the rooms with gross smell Doors and walls are paper thin you can hear everything out in the hallway Spend your money elsewhere Photos look better than the actual location

Went to check in, and they couldn't find our booking even though we had paid for it 2 days prior. We went to see if our room was ready at 1250pm and as they couldn't find our booking they had to speak to the reservations team to confirm that we had one and to find out the issue. We had to keep going up to them to get some information as they weren't keeping us updated. They wanted to send us to another one of their hotels in a different location, but I refused as we had family in the same hotel, and then they were going to send us to a completely different hotel chain and when we asked for our family members to be transferred over there they said he wasnt sure it was possible. After waiting from 1250pm with 3 kids, we were finally given 3 rooms at 330pm, all on the same level next door to each other, even though they said they were fully booked. The young man named Josh at the desk was amazing. Very Polite Well Spoken. One of the team member at the buffet breakfast was fantastic

If I could give a zero rating I would. My room smelt like urine and cigarettes. My room was also dirty and dusty. I bought my own Dettol wipes to clean all the surfaces. There was an inch thick layer of dust on the area where the kettle and glasses were stored. I also had a dirty towel. Also, I thought I was unlucky, but this was a common concern among my work colleagues. I will never stay in this hotel again. I‘ve informed my work to never book staff here again.
