An amazing and comfortable experience! I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this has been the best one yet. The service was absolutely top-notch, especially from Duty Manager Ahmad Amirul,he spoke so gently, was very friendly, and treated guests with great respect. As someone with anxiety, it’s not easy for me to enjoy high places, but he really calmed my heart and gave me the encouragement I needed to take in the beautiful view. It was truly worth staying here. I’d give it 100 out of 10 stars

Rooms are clean and complete with standard amenities. Pillows are extremely soft and bed is comfortable. Service is top-tier especially the housekeeping staff who are quick in addressing our requests. The dining at the main lobby are very attentive to my orders. And most especially the location is perfect and near to all good restaurants who are michelin star. Definitely a good hotel to stay with at the heart of KL.

Feedback on Check-in, Hygiene, and Room Facilities Service: The hotel saw my special request and was able to accommodate the arrangement for staying in adjacent rooms. However, during check-in, there was some miscommunication regarding the welcome drink offered by the staff, which required me to go back to the front desk to get a voucher before I could use it. Hygiene: The cleanliness of the accommodation was average, and the carpet was somewhat dirty. Facilities: Maintenance was average. The design of the light switches in the room was inconvenient, requiring me to turn off different switches to turn off all the lights. The elevator lobby and corridors lacked air conditioning, making it quite stuffy. In Room 1616, the bathroom mirror light was malfunctioning and kept flickering. The TV turned on unexpectedly at 9 a.m., switching channels, changing to mute mode, and continuously pressing other functions. After I manually turned it off with the remote, it turned back on again. My family members in the neighboring room were still sleeping at the time, so it was unlikely that other guests caused the interference. This was somewhat concerning and made me wonder if there was any supernatural activity, though I am religious and not particularly afraid.

We had not been to KL in 40 years and was please to see how it has grown. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and the well-equipped gym. The location is good (about a 10 minute walk from Imbi station on the monorail. There are dozens of places to eat nearby and the food choices within the hotel are also varied. Reception staff were welcoming and housekeeping is efficient. Wifi is reasonably good and on par with other hotels. A good choice if you want a place away from the main drag but close enough to go there when you want to.
