Stayed here for a couple of days. The staff was so damn nice and friendly here. Everyone smiling and greeting. The infinity pool was superb. The breakfast was amazing too. We got vegetarian prepared for us specially. Got upgrade owing to gold accor status. 10/10 would recommend. Totally worth the price.

A Wonderful Stay for the Whole Family! It was such a pleasant experience for me and my family to stay in this hotel. I absolutely loved the lobby ambience—an open space that’s not too big, but very cozy and welcoming, complete with a charming fish pond. Every morning, my kids were excited to feed the fish—it became our little routine and added a special touch to our mornings! Our room was on the ground floor, right by the fish pond, which made the view so calming. The easy access to the beach was a big plus, and the hotel also has a spacious parking area, which made everything hassle-free. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We were lucky to get connecting rooms, which made it super convenient for us as a family. I know these rooms are limited, so I really appreciated that. Overall, Mercure Kuta Beach Bali gave us a great balance of comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back!

Great Hospitality and Service for Our Company Meeting I had a company meeting at Mercure Kuta Beach Bali for three days, and the hotel provided the best service they could. We had a few last-minute requests, and the staff handled everything with a smile and no complaints, which made us feel truly welcome. I’m writing this review because I believe they genuinely deserve recognition. I actually stayed here once before, back in 2010, so it’s been quite a while. I noticed that the hotel has been improved and renovated since then. Of course, it’s not a brand-new property, but I really appreciate their effort and warm hospitality in making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Mercure Kuta team, for the great experience!

Wow, what a great hotel. We stayed here on the last night of our holiday, as we wanted somewhere nice to celebrate our wedding anniversary and a birthday. The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful and upgraded us to Seaview rooms. Once at our rooms we realised the lady had also had anniversary and birthday cake put on our beds to help us celebrate. The rooms were lovely, a good size, with that beautiful sea view, also a very nice well appointed shower room, with everything you may need whilst staying there. The infinity pool was fantastic, towels were provided and have to say smelt lovely. The staff up by the pool were very attentive and didn't mind us being in the pool even though it was past the 9pm close. We had a meal in the resturant with was lovely, we were also given vouchers, so we had 25% off of our meal and a free drink. We also had the breakfast in the morning, there was plenty of options, sadly no bacon, but the Danish pastries were amazing. Once checked out of our room, we were able to use the facilities until it was time to head to the airport. This was an amazing hotel, with amazing staff, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
