We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their service-minded attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. What impressed us most was how quick and efficient the service was – whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or any special request, everything was handled promptly and professionally. The facilities were also well-maintained and readily available, making our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and a smooth, relaxing stay. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was truly exceptional — the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, and the overall ambience was calm, welcoming, and very comfortable. One thoughtful gesture we really appreciated was their effort to accommodate our dietary needs. Although the breakfast buffet had limited vegetarian options, the kitchen staff kindly prepared special fully vegetarian meals for us and even made a separate dish tailored to our child’s preferences. That personal touch really made a difference. However, one thing to be cautious about: we were fined for a stain on the bedsheet that our child accidentally made. While we understand their policy, it would be helpful if they provided a little more flexibility or understanding, especially when it comes to families with young children. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel — just a gentle reminder to be extra careful with the linens to avoid any unexpected charges.

I went to Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort with my family, and it gave us family- friendly service. My kids were very happiness at that times. That times its second time for us. We will stay there when we come back!!

Overall, everything was okay, but I would like to highlight my experience at the Pool Bar “M Lounge.” I was very impressed with one staff member named Nong-Nong. She provided excellent service with a bright smile, great attentiveness, and most importantly, she made delicious cocktails. It was truly a memorable experience. However, I found that the rest of the staff were not as friendly, especially the front desk staff, who could improve their customer service attitude.
