A very positive experience. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made it easy to get a good night's sleep after long days. The front desk team were always friendly and helpful, whether it was assisting with check-in, providing local recommendations, or answering any questions I had during my stay. Overall, I felt well looked after and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere.

Great location, close to the city. Upon arrival service was prompt, friendly and impeccable. I was able to organise parking beneath the building for a fee, which was perfect. The room was clean and well put together. However it does seem a little dated. TV worked perfectly as did the phone. The restaurant beneath (which also does the room service) was fantastic, only fault it that they close a little bit early. Will be back when next in Perth.

The location is pretty good, with the red CAT bus right in front of the property making it easy to get to Perth Station. The area is quiet, the wifi works well, and the rooms are spacious. Shout out to Connor at the front desk for being super helpful and friendly. However, I ordered room service around midnight but it never arrived. When I went to the lobby, I was told the item I ordered wasn’t even available. The staff said they’d refund me, but it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received it. Would change my rating if the refund issue gets sorted.

Rooms are dated, service was poor. Smoke alarm covered in plastic bag, bath old and stained, shower weak and hot n cold. Towel rails rusted and hand towel ring broken. Waited in line for a fair while to check-in only to be told "self check-in " but still have someone hover over the process and then demand to see Drivers licence ID. Was expensive too. Only positive was the bed was comfortable.
