Pros. Nice beachfront location with great buffet breakfast. Cons. 3pm check-in and 11am check-out. Would be better if it was 2pm and 12pm like most other resorts. When we tried to check in at 3pm we were told our room wasn't ready, and it took until almost 4pm until we could get in. The rooms need a bit of a refresh. Old broken tiles and moldy bathroom. Probably our biggest gripe was that the pools were way too warm! I heard many people complain they didn't use them because of this. The water at the beach was a much better temperature, but unfortunately after the heavy rain it was very dirty and full of rubbish and debris. There's nowhere near enough loungers for the number of people at this resort. Smoking section is all the outside seating by the pool, which of course just blows straight into the restaurant.
