Location was main decision to stay at the hotel. Next to Bugis Junction makes commuting very easy. Many shops and eating places around. Hotel check-in was quick and I was upgraded to the loft room. Room was nice, well designed and maintained. Bed was comfortable. What I really liked is the fact that I was able to drink filtered water from the designated tap instead of using plastic bottles. Breakfast very decent, happy with the choice.

The hotel kindly allowed early check-in as rooms were available, which we truly appreciated after a tiring 5-hour flight. The loft room was clean and tidy, and we loved it! The water filter was a great touch — very convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Bugis or Bras Basah MRT stations. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Will stay here again in the future.

The Mercure Hotel Bugis was a great choice for our stay in SG. The location is fantastic, very close to Bugis Street Market, Bugis Mall, etc, and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. My room is mezzanine type. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The staff were so so 😅 if you’re Indonesian people, don't expect to get a friendly attitude like in Indonesia 🤭, but they’re always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel also boasts a lovely swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

The rooms are very small, and the bathroom layout is challenging. I couldn’t open my suitcase anywhere but the foyer area because of the size of the room. Shower is great. Toilet set up allows you to hear everything going on, very bad echo. Hotel is in a great location with a nice pool and a great rooftop!
