Not the best location, not the biggest rooms in Singapore but definitely some of the best hospitality staff members in the city! Excellent service from Anand Zoe and Sabrina at the Premier Lounge. Had a very very busy two days in Singapore and they were beyond helpful in assisting with our business needs. Special thank you from a very happy Platinum member.

Exceptional hotel with fantastic service. The breakfast is very filling and has plenty of variety. Rooms were clean and the staff were happy to upgrade us a higher floored room for twin beds despite the mistake of booking a single bed on a business trip. The kitchen here seems to have very nice food as I saw some people order the pizzas which looked like a blast. The bus stop is right infront of the hotel and there are a few restaurants around as well. Overall a fantastic experience.

We loved our stay at Mecure - Aug 2025. From check in to check out, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check in early as we'd had long flights just to get there. The location of the hotel is fab and easy to get around with either the hotel shuttle or public bus / train. The best part about the hotel for me were the beds. Hands down the most comfortable bed/ pillow/ sheets I've slept in. So much so I'm want to order them for my own bed at home. Only negative we had was our room TV did not work despite them coming to check several times and nothing was done. Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

I had a very pleasant experience here! The service was excellent — they even provided a QR code for check-in, which made everything super quick and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Lionel at the front desk and the porter who helped with my luggage. They really made me feel welcome. One small area for improvement would be the breakfast — it would be great if the quality could be a bit higher. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
