Checked in with Sharnish, what a wonderful reception we received. We were early however after such a long flight from Belfast she was kind enough to check us in a little early. When our rambunctious grand children visited this young lady kindly turned the outdoor light of the patio for the kids to play and not bother guests. Chris Grady the Manager is a valuable employee of this Hotel. He knowledgeable of the local areas eg: buses, restaurants and a really congenital young man. He speaks kindly to other staff and should be valued by this organisation! Nicky, is also a valuable employee. I wish them all well and will book Mercure again based on these 3 people's customer care. I rate the staff 4 stars and the Hotel 3 stars.

Room was a good size had breakfast available downstairs? The only thing I didn’t like was that the Internet kept dropping out which meant I couldn’t cast my phone over like the instructions said I could. Internet just kept dropping out on me a lot but I did call reception and she fixed it. by the time I had gone and got my boy and came back and tried it again, it wouldn’t load. That was probably most really the biggest issue.room was good. They were accommodating great location for where I needed to be I would book again but I would make sure that they were all over my Internet so that I could actually unwind and be able to watch my shows without them turning off halfway.

We stayed 1 night in August. Very convenient location. Room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed with comfortable linen and bed. Basic crockery and cutlery in room but sufficient. Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient check in and checkout process. Would stay again.

Whilst comfortable, I felt the accommodation was overpriced for what it was. Our room had a musty smell about it, so we were thankful of opening windows so we could get some fresh air into the room. The cleaners had left a dirty cleaning cloth on the bedside table prior to our arrival. The breakfast was nice enough, and it was included in the cost of our accommodation. If I were to attend an event at 4 Pines Park in the future, I would definitely stay there again, otherwise I would probably give it a miss.
