Atmosphere in the hotel is calm & welcoming - like a comforting oasis in the midst of action that starts the minute you walk out from the hotel! Very comfy, clean hotel room which was well-stocked with bathroom amenities. I didn't have time to check out the restaurant & bar - perhaps next time!

The Mercure hotel was the perfect base for our city exploration. This was our first stay, and it was a great experience. One of the standout features was the hotel's modern design, which beautifully incorporated a Japanese aesthetic. The illuminated room numbers, in particular, reminded me of a nighttime walk through a bustling Japanese street, seeking out small restaurants and bars. The room itself was spacious enough for both me and my teenager, with a major plus being the cozy window-side seating area. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was also well-stocked with toiletries, and the staff was great about providing fresh supplies whenever we needed them. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable place to return to each day.

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness throughout my stay! The rooms were comfortable, I slept extremely well during these 3 nights, no noise, no technical problems, everything was functional. This was my first stay in Tokyo and I am leaving with wonderful memories and you are part of them! I recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Very nice located hotel - 2min walk from Shimbashi train station. Rooms are very well decorated with high level equipments. Breakfast is a good combination of Japanese and Western foods. Lounge is a good spot to relax with a lovely drink before going out again. Staff is very professional and welcoming. A nice fitness room is also available with what it needs to be efficient. I will be back for sure in this hotel.
