Compulsory New Years Eve Gala Dinner and Countdown Celebration: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,800,000 per adult (11+) and IDR 900,000 per child (5–10) applies for the compulsory New Years Eve gala dinner and after-dinner countdown party. Payable directly to the resort. Children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Included resort activities are subject to the resort schedule. Bicycle hire requires an additional charge.
- The included massages at The Spa by Merusaka must be booked in advance. Spa open from 10am to 9pm.
- The included 20% spa discount must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Discount is valid for 20% off any treatment on the spa menu.
- Daily TAMAYA Kids Land access is restricted to children aged 5–12 years old. Kids’ club is open from 9am to 5pm. Babysitting services are available for an additional charge.
- Club Lounge access (select packages only) includes personalised check-in and checkout, daily butler service, daily buffet and a la carte breakfast at the club lounge, complimentary snacks, fruit, soft drinks, tea and coffee throughout the day at the club lounge, afternoon tea at the Club Lounge (3pm to 4.30pm), evening cocktails and canapes in Homaya Terrace (4.30pm to 6pm) and in-room breakfast.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

- Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
