7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Cudo credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Cudo credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- The two included dinners for two will be served as a three-course menu. Valid for dining at Ja’jan Bistro, Homaya Restaurant and Gading Restaurant only. Advance reservations are required.
- The included massages must be booked in advance. Valid for a 90-minute Balinese massage only.
- While children are permitted in The Bar Lounge, the benefits (afternoon tea and cocktails) apply to adults only.
- Late checkout must be arranged at check-in.
- The daily complimentary shuttle bus to Bali Collection comes every hour between 10.30am and 8.30pm.
Transfers:
- Included transfers are for max. three guests only. Should you require a bigger car, you may request this and pay the difference to the transfer operator directly.
- Transfers include: a basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking and toll fee, and a 330ml bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed a form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
- Cars can fit three pieces of luggage only.
- An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Alternatively, guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After this, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
