Modena by Fraser Bangkok boasts a prime location in the heart of the city, sitting steps from the Queen Sirikit MRT Station. From Bangkok’s delicious Thai cuisine and cultural attractions to thriving nightlife, the hotel acts as an ideal base to experience the city. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Buffet breakfast is served at Bistro@M Restaurant between 6.30am to 10.30am on weekdays and 6.30am to 11am on weekends.
• Welcome drink can be redeemed at Coffee & Cider Bar between 3pm to 12am once during stay. Guests can choose from a choice of beer, wine or a soft drink.
• The THB500 food credit can be redeemed at Bistro@M Restaurant for lunch between 11am and 3pm or at the Coffee & Cider Bar between 3pm and 12am.
• Complimentary laundry for executive packages does not include dry cleaning and express laundry services.
• Guests are requested to keep their laundry in the laundry bag provided in the room or drop it off at the front desk.
• The daily free-flow hours at Coffee & Cider Bar take place between 6pm to 8pm and include local alcoholic drinks.

Roundtrip Private Airport Transfers (select packages only)

• Inclusions: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A six-passenger van fits six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at THB210 per seat, each way. Guests may also opt to bring their own.
• Transfers required from 12am to 6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per car, one way.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Valid for transfer to/from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only.
