Excellent hotel and great service. Facilities remain open till late so it’s easier to use them. High speed internet is actually high speed. I was able to download a 1.3GB file in less than a minute. The service during breakfast is also amazing and i’d like to appreciate Sandra, Khin & Mitch!

It's the second time we spend a whole week in this hotel. As last year, everything was perfect. A warm welcome, a great service, a perfect housekeeping (thank you Sachini and Ram for your nice attention) ! Thanks again Lahcen, Khin, Mitch, Dhiraj, Sandra, Brenda, Annick and all the staff for your kindness, your attention and your availability. We will come back for a third year for sure.

We stayed there for almost two months and booked an apartment. It was a home away from home. Services and amenities all were really good. It's a great place to stay just a few min away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The little issue i faced was, with the fire alarm which was little too sensitive. Otherwise everything else was top notch. F&b department- Veronika, Sandra and Khin were great and made me feel home. From cleaning- Thisanka and Hasini were really helpful.

Everything at the hotel was fantastic. The staff and service was incredibly helpful and nice from the start including Steven who got everything checked in for us right away early! and Ahmad who coordinated all our plans and made sure our trip was unforgettable. Sitaul was incredibly nice and accommodating made sure we weren’t in need of anything. Abdullah was also very sweet and helpful. and the cleaning crew Ahmed, Habetth, Chalana and Sheehan were all wonderful and kept the room absolutely spotless everyday. This is a wonderful hotel, with many amenities and most importantly a great team and crew to help with anything you need with a wonderful smile. and is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms are spacious, the view is wonderful, right next to the mall in the heart of downtown.
