I had a pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre. The location is quite strategic, though a bit far if you plan to walk to the Old Quarter. The hotel itself looks clean and beautifully designed, with plenty of fresh flower decorations that create a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby team quickly assisted with my luggage, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was well-maintained with complete facilities. While the bathroom was slightly compact, it was spotless and felt very well cared for. The hotel offers gym and pool facilities, which are nice for relaxation. Breakfast at the 2nd-floor restaurant was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options, a comfortable dining area, and attentive staff who made the experience even better. As an Accor elite member, I had access to the executive lounge, where the afternoon tea and evening cocktails were enjoyable, with tasty canapés and professional, friendly staff providing excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi, a great combination of comfort, service, and hospitality.

Outstanding Service in the Heart of Hanoi This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I’m glad I made the choice. Having stayed at several Accor properties in Hanoi, I can confidently say this is the best so far — thanks to its great location, well-rounded facilities, value for money, and especially the outstanding service from the staff. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5–10 minute Grab/taxi ride (or about a 20-minute walk) to the Old Quarter. Rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side but comfortable enough for two people, with complete amenities provided. Breakfast was very good, offering both local Vietnamese specialties and Western options. The Phở was particularly tasty — definitely a must-try. The pool is quite small, but given its central location, it’s still a nice spot to relax. The highlight of my stay was the Executive Lounge (a Platinum member benefit). It features Afternoon Tea, the signature Mövenpick Chocolate Hour, and Happy Hours with canapé-style dishes that are more than enough for a light dinner. What truly made the experience memorable was the service from the lounge staff — attentive, polite, and genuinely service-oriented. Two thumbs up for them! Overall, a wonderful stay and I’ll definitely return to Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre on my next trip to Hanoi.

I was truly impressed with the service at Mövenpick Hanoi. Special thanks to the bellboy, Tung, who took the time and effort to review the guest list in advance so he could greet me personally. His attentiveness stood out even more when he thoughtfully brought me a cup of hot water — such a simple but meaningful gesture. The front desk staff at check-in were also very nice and professional, providing me with all the necessary information clearly and efficiently. I was also pleasantly surprised by the welcome setup and the thoughtful turndown service, which made my stay feel extra special. Overall, the hospitality here exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back and recommend Mövenpick Hanoi to both friends and business partners.

Wonder how come they can called themselves 5 star. !!! As Accor Platinum member, The executive lounge access is provided. But sparkling wine is limited 1 glass per person... lolz such a funny policy. Here is my 5th night and I never ask for 2nd glass on my past 4th night. And I did not drink any others alcohol, I hope the staff realized that. When I asked for 2nd sparking wine, she said it's limited 1 glass per person,.it's hotel policy .... wooo... such a grand policy in executive lounge. They might need to put the sign !! " One Glass Please " such a funny policy but made me frustrated . Room is good for business purpose. Breakfast choice is just enough. Luckily I can ask for take away box when I need to leave hotel early. Location , not too bad. 15 mins walk to.old quarters. Macau restaurant on 1st floor - food is good , worth to try. Service.. Cold!!!!!! Comparing to others 5 star accor except thr Concierge and door man, and the resturant crew both 1st and 2nd floor they are nice tho. Executive lounge : beside the 1 glass for sparkling wine.. the rest are fine. Choice is not that variety but enough. Still a bit frustrated while typing this review. But careful wheb you book this hotel if you are plattinum member and like sparkling wine.
