Good rooms, staff, service and facilities. Our aha Long Bay cruise got cancelled a day early so we booked this hotel last minute and everything was great. One of the best hotel gyms.

We stayed here 2 nights as a family vacation last week. We arrived early, as flight was early and they let us in the room straight away and we're greeted by Mr. Thomas directly. What a warmth welcome. The hotel is very well maintained, and the rooms are awesome. The staff here are all absolutely helpful and highest mark for the service. The executive lounge is definitely worth a visit. we enjoyed the chocolate hour each night :) The hotel situated really in city center, just walking distance to find street food, landmark and tourist spots. definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Great location, only a short walking distance from all the sights in Hanoi. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Friendly and smiling staff. We loved the pool, the comfort of the room and the chocolate bar. We found the security deposit amount a bit excessive, close to $AU 1000 for the initial 3 nights.

Wonder how come they can called themselves 5 star. !!! As Accor Platinum member, The executive lounge access is provided. But sparkling wine is limited 1 glass per person... lolz such a funny policy. Here is my 5th night and I never ask for 2nd glass on my past 4th night. And I did not drink any others alcohol, I hope the staff realized that. When I asked for 2nd sparking wine, she said it's limited 1 glass per person,.it's hotel policy .... wooo... such a grand policy in executive lounge. They might need to put the sign !! " One Glass Please " such a funny policy but made me frustrated . Room is good for business purpose. Breakfast choice is just enough. Luckily I can ask for take away box when I need to leave hotel early. Location , not too bad. 15 mins walk to.old quarters. Macau restaurant on 1st floor - food is good , worth to try. Service.. Cold!!!!!! Comparing to others 5 star accor except thr Concierge and door man, and the resturant crew both 1st and 2nd floor they are nice tho. Executive lounge : beside the 1 glass for sparkling wine.. the rest are fine. Choice is not that variety but enough. Still a bit frustrated while typing this review. But careful wheb you book this hotel if you are plattinum member and like sparkling wine.
