First time staying here and definitely won't be the last. Staff were very nice. Room was great and pool, spa and sauna were amazing. So close to Spencer Street station and tram stops made it super easy to get around the city.

I have stayed with my kids one night only unfortunately. I should have stayed more than one night. We had a wonderful overnight staying in this hotel. Like the name value of hotel, the hotel’s offers for the guests were fantastic like chocolate hour, free ice cream for kids on anytime during whole staying & free staying under 12yrs. What a nice offer for the family!! Especially my kids loves the heated swimming pool with spa & sauna. The only negative point was the windows in pool opened all the times so a bit of cold feeling in winter season for the kids but it didn't bother them playing. When I got to reception at night times, I asked to “Blaire Shin” about this point and she explained me that the windows designed originally like that and extra explanation about hotel with perfect products knowledge. She was a good listener & interactive skill with guest. I am pretty sure that she will be a good asset not only the hotel but also Accor group. Definitely we will be back to stay here again with family.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently. The hotel had a wonderful indoor pool with a heated spa, we were able to check in very early with minimum notice, the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. All the little extras - like the free daily ice cream and chocolate hour, plush robes and comfy bed just made our day so wonderful. Additionally, the location was fantastic – right opposite the train station and tram lines into the city. Very close to all kinds of food as well. Thank you for everything, we will be back.

The hotel decor was very nice and I thought the chocolate time was a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean with comfy beds and had an unusually large bathroom for its size. The room itself could have been laid out better and felt a bit small. I didn’t get to try the pool but I heard it was very nice. Breakfast was disappointing since it lacked variety and felt quite basic. The hotel is a little out of the way but being right beside both the tram and train stations made it easy to get around the city. Overall it was a very good stay with friendly service and nice details, not quite perfect but definitely worthy of four stars.
