Perfect hotel. We arrived as a family, a couple + 3 and were given a family room. The room was huge and clean. The staff helped us from the first day with our luggage, then with choosing attractions and always made sure everything was perfect. The pool has a good atmosphere with music and a drink bar in the water. We also enjoyed the happy hour. The dining room is on the lobby level and we always had a place to sit. You don't feel like there are many people in the hotel. We didn't wait in line even once. The location itself is also perfect. Everything is right outside the hotel - restaurants, laundry, 7/11, and travel agencies. We really enjoyed ourselves with the children and really recommend the hotel.

Our stay at Mövenpick Myth Hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is stunning, clean, and very well-maintained. My wife, kids, and I had such a great time — everything from the spacious rooms to the beautiful pool made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. It’s a perfect place for families, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Wow - where to start. We have just finished a one month stay. From start to finish this hotel is the best we have ever experienced. All of the staff are exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly. The size, quality and cleanliness of the rooms was brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for the room staff. We loved the pool access room. The breakfast buffet is simply amazing with the delicious choices and quality of food. Apart from all the great healthy food there is also a lot of delicious treats available for those with a sweet tooth (including ice cream and chocolate). The 3pm free chocolate hour is a must do. The hotel General Manager (Chris), was a delight to meet and he deserves credit for leading a first class team that really helps make your Thailand holiday special. We will be back.

I’m not one to leave a review but I want people to know before booking that This hotel did not meet the expectations. The pictures online made the rooms seem bigger than they were in real. A few key issues that made the stay unpleasant: 1. The staff. In other hotels I’ve been to all over Thailand the staff was exceptional. Here on the other hand, they didn’t offer to take my luggage when I arrived nor helped with any bags when I checked in or when I was leaving. Through out the stay the staff was not friendly. 2. The cleanliness. The floor was filthy when we arrived leaving my baby’s legs black. The closet in our room was broken. 3. The shower went from hot to cold without touching anything. 4. There was no insulation at all!! This was very frustrating because at 12 am I could hear word for word what the room next door was saying, clinking glasses, phones ringing, it was very noisy. I will say the pool was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall it was not a good experience, small crowded lobby, small room, and the staff.
