Bali’s cultural attractions are within easy reach, including Uluwatu’s historic sea cliff temple and the traditional market of Kumbasari in Denpasar.

The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Guests must book transfers through hotel reservations with full flight details at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
• The 10% spa discount must be used during your stay and applies to all treatments at Arkipela Spa, excluding Dermalogica products and Spa promotions. Any unused spa discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The 15% dining discount at Mövenpick Cafe must be used during your stay and applies to all food and drinks. Unused dining discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The 25% dining discount and 15% drinks discount at Adriana Cocina & Bar must be used during your stay and applies to all food and drinks. Unused dining discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The 20% Waterbom Bali discount must be used during your stay. Unused Waterbom Bali discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Daily Mövenpick Chocolate Hour is served between 4pm and 6pm in Katha Lobby Lounge and Library.
• Daily breakfast is served at Anarasa restaurant between 6.30am and 10.30am.
• Lunch or Dinner: Choice of two-course lunch or dinner at Anarasa restaurant is redeemable within restaurant opening hours (11am to 9pm daily). Bookings for lunch and dinner must be arranged through hotel reservations. Each meal includes one main course and one appetizer or dessert from a special menu.
• Spa Treatment: The 60-minute massage is at Arkipela Spa and must be booked at check-in or through hotel reservations. Please note, once booked, the treatment cannot be changed.
• Daily Cocktail or Mocktail: The daily cocktail/mocktail is redeemable at LeJaLa Pool Bar and Adriana Cocina & Bar.
• Children Stay Free: Complimentary meals are available for children under 12 dining with an adult as part of the package deals. Each child is entitled to one main course from the Kids Menu as part of the package.
• Kid’s Club Access: Kids’ Club is limited to kids aged 4–11. Daily Kids’ Club access can be across multiple entries equalling up to four hours total (daily). Kids’ Club spaces are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The first floor offers an indoor playground with a trampoline and ball pit for toddlers and young children. Catch children’s movies in the amphitheatre or recharge in the sleeping room. Note: additional charges may apply for certain activities.
• Bike Usage: The two-hour complimentary bicycle usage is available one time for up to two hours (subject to availability) during your stay.
