I stayed 6 nights in the hotel and overall I and my family had great time during our stay! The swimming pool is amazing and very spacious and the deep is very reasonable, there are around three pools that cater for all needs with water slides and jumping facilities. The location is ideal and only few minutes walking distance to the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had most of our meals in the hotel and we never been disappointed. Lisa the guest relations manager has gone beyond to ensure our stay is memorable. Looking forward to staying again

The hotel is amazing! The staff are really friendly, and the girls from the kids’ club are so kind with the children, they absolutely loved spending time there. The pool is huge, with plenty of entertainment for kids as well. The buffet has a lot of options, with something for everyone. The location is really good too, close to everything we needed. We have no words to say thank you, our holiday was truly amazing!

I had a mixed experience during my stay. At the Swimming Pool Bar, I was told by a staff member that I would receive a discount for being an Allcord member. When I questioned him at the time of payment, he said they had already taken a photo of my membership and assured me the discount would be applied. Unfortunately, the discount was never reflected on my bill. On another day, I visited Movenpick Café, which offers the same Allcord member discount, and there the discount was applied correctly at the time of payment without any issues. The contrast in service between the two venues was quite noticeable. I was also disappointed during the Barong dance performance, where none of the staff offered me any drinks or food, even though others around me were being served. It felt like I was overlooked, which made the experience less enjoyable. Regarding the food, while I appreciated the variety and presentation, I found that the breakfast buffet was heavily tailored toward Western tastes. It would be wonderful to see more authentic Balinese dishes included, as experiencing local cuisine is an important part of travel and cultural immersion. A more balanced mix of international and local options would be very welcome. Additionally, the soup available at the noodle cart was the same every day. Offering more variety in the soup options would help keep the dining experience fresh and enjoyable, especially for guests staying multiple days. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency of service and the overall guest experience. I truly appreciate the efforts of the staff, and with a few adjustments, the experience could be significantly enhanced.
