Getting to Bali is easy with direct flights available from most major Australian cities with Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia with an approximate flight time of five hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

Mulia Resort is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Bali’s international airport, with return transfers included in your package. Please provide the resort with your flight details at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Please Note: Packages are valid for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia residents only. Customers who book the package and are not an Australian, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong or Malaysia residents will pay a surcharge of USD36.30 per room per night upon check in.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020 and 14 March 2021, during which airports are closed and check-in and check-out at the resort is unavailable.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Dining Surcharge: A special dining surcharge applies when using your dining inclusions during Christmas. A fee of US$98 per person, per meal is payable direct to the resort for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Dining inclusions cannot be used for dinner on New Years Eve.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child. See the ‘Child Policy’ below:

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with accommodation only. One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$72.60 per night, sleeping on a aero bed with daily breakfast and airport transfers included. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Royal Suite – Packages valid for two adults.

Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed or twin single beds, plus a sofa bed (surcharge may apply - see below).

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$43 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation, return airport transfers if travelling with main guests and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$23 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with daily breakfast and return airport transfers included. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby aged two years and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Family Package - Packages are valid for two adults and two children aged 11 years and under.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on an existing sofa bed and second child sharing bed with parents with accommodation and all inclusions except massages and drinks. Alternatively, an aero bed can be provided for a surcharge of US$72.60 per night. Maximum of one extra bed can be provided. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.

Plese note: All the benefits are applied up to two persons otherwise stated. Solo traveler (single occupancy) will only receive the benefit for one time each NOT double.

Please Note: 30-minute massage is either head or shoulder massage and is redeemable only between 9am - 3pm.

Please Note: VIP access to the poolside cabanas is based on a first-in first-served basis, subject to availability. This access is extended to the cabanas located at Mulia Resort property only.

Please Note - Swimming pool access from Mulia Signature Lagoon Access: If you are travelling with children, please be aware there is no fencing between the room and the swimming pool in a Mulia Signature Lagoon Access.
