Getting to Bali is easy. Regular flights are available with Qantas, Thai Airways, Singapore Airlines, Virgin and more, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 9 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 4 hours).

The resort is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar).

Return airport transfers are included in your package. Please contact the resort to arrange.

Important: Campaign packages are valid for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong residents only. Customers who book the package and are not an Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia or Hong Kong resident will pay a surcharge of US$36.30 per room per night on check in.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020, during which airports are closed and check-in and checkout at the resort is unavailable.

Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

One-Bedroom Garden Pool Villa and One-Bedroom Ocean Pool Villa – Packages are valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests aged 12 years and over are not permitted.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, using existing bedding with accommodation only. Breakfast, afternoon tea and canapés can be added at a surcharge of USD72.60 per night.

Baby Policy: One infant/young child (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Dining Surcharge: A special dining surcharge applies when using your dining inclusions during Christmas. A fee of US$81 per person, per meal is payable direct to the resort for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
