I went to a Pest Control Road Show in their Conference room. Comfortable seating and room for several hundred people. Easy access to motorway.

Great location, some standards have definitely dropped from previous stays. No sky tv for reasons which stretched the imagination restaurant waiting time's poor

Rooms are average. Needing a bit of TLC. Furniture in rooms are stained and so was the lampshade. Beds are comfy but the pillows are terrible. Bathroom door was swollen so it was hard to shut. Service from the front desk was slow and requests for help fell on deaf ears. Room service online didn't work. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice but there were no plates or spoons and most tables had been used, dirty and not cleared. We had to ask for this to be done. They seem short staffed so it's understandable the service isn't 100% Finding a park was an issue as well.
