It was our first time in Novotel hotel. There were two reasons, why my husband and I chose this place to stay: the first one is proximity to UOB center and the second one is availability of a babysitter service. And I must say that by the moment of our check-out, we got much more than just staying at the hotel with a babysitter service close to UOB. The room we lived in was spacious with a wonderful city view. The bed was fairly soft and comfy. We enjoyed the swimming pool area and outdoor area, where we had our breakfast. As for the breakfast, it was various enough all three days we stayed in, and we had an opportunity to choose different options every day. And, of course, I must say a huge "thank you" to the hotel's staff for kindness and assistance. Especially, we would like to express our gratitude to khun Phear for being such a professional and kind babysitter for our little daughter and khun Gam for choosing such a great babysitter for us🙏🙏

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel thanks to the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. The reception team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with any difficulties I faced during my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel truly welcome. I would also like to give special praise to the trainee who was stationed at the entrance. Despite being in training, she was very polite, attentive, and provided clear guidance with a friendly smile. It was a great first impression and set the tone for a pleasant stay.

Nice accommodation with friendly staff and an overall good location. Our room was not very clean. As we came back for another night (one week later) our new room was dirty again. The floors weren’t properly vacuumed and the sink was dirty and discolored. We’ve only stayed for a short amount of time so we didn’t complain about it to the hotel staff. I wasn’t satisfied with the overall experience as it is labeled as a four star hotel which raised my expectations.

Excellent location and great staff that are helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and the amenities are sound. Although they are starting to show their age. The food is an area that can improve but with the great restaurants within walking distance its not a deal breaker.
