We stayed at Novotel Bogor for 1 night (26–27 October 2025) to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and our overall experience was amazing! From we checked in, we were impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. Mr. Arif, who assisted us during check-in around 2 PM, was exceptionally kind, informative, and helpful. He took the time to explain about the hotel facilities and even helped us book the tennis court for the next morning and inform us about the free photo session with photographer, excellent! We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and although the room is a bit old, it’s still very nice and comfortable. I love how spacious it is!. The shower room and toilet are separated (which I personally think is great), and the bathtub is huge and relaxing, though the hot water in the bathtub wasn’t as warm as the one in shower. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, plants, and big trees which a rare and refreshing sight for those escaping the busy life of Jakarta. I’d also like to thank the staff at the pool and tennis court who helped us on 27 October 2025. He was very friendly and helpful, helped prepared the court, rackets and balls for us. The tennis court might be old, but we still had so much fun playing there! The Hotel also located near Summarecon Bogor, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafés. Overall, I’m very satisfied with our stay at Novotel Bogor and would definitely come back for another staycation.

I stayed at Novotel Bogor Raya with my family, and we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery — perfect for relaxing and escaping the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Immanuel at the reception, who provided excellent service and made our check-in experience smooth and welcoming. I’ve come to Novotel my whole life, to its playground, and Indonesian and Italian restaurants, and it has always been an astounding and filling experience. The service is excellent and you are always greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Lovely, part of the staff was really friendly and kindly assisted us. Overall it’s a great place to spend time with friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 5th stay in novotel bogor. The reception staff with mas imanuel were very friendly and professional and very very helpfull!!! He greeted me with a warm smile and helped me with a quick and easy check-in process and have upgrade room deluxe bath. They also provided useful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The service was excellent, and they were always ready to assist whenever I needed help. Overall, I was very impressed with their hospitality and would definitely stay here again.
