Had a very nice week with my wife and son at the Oasis in mid August. A great base to explore everything the region has to offer and we also had a couple of pool days that were very relaxing. Good breakfast, nice rooms and friendly helpful staff, a big thumbs up from us.

Brilliant service from Novotel staff (special thanks to Diana for taking care of us). The rooms are neat, clean and beautiful, beds are firm and comfy. Indoor and outdoor dining facilities. The swim up bar is a nice touch. Great location, walking distance to attractions. We didn't want to leave.

Beds are poor. No ventilation in rooms. Room service was so poor they didn't even vacuum. Towels were nice though. Location was great. Very central to everything. Reception service was great. Kitchen service was below average. Most of the time I had to clean my own table for breakfast. Very understaffed for busy season. Pool was freezing though.

I’d probably say this is more of a 3 star hotel based on our room. We were in D block, with a view of an unkempt garden and wall. Bed was good/clean. Very basic in room facilities but the let down was the cleanliness or lack of in the bathroom. Apart from being very dated… Hairs on the ground. Dirty tiles and Filthy hairdryer and mould all over the ceiling. The shower dribbled out.. the good bits.. most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was good and played decent music.. very kid friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the best part of our stay.. make sure you choose your room carefully
