Love staying here whenever we’re in Devonport. Staff are very friendly and attentive the restaurant is always fabulous for dinner and breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views of the river. Close to everything you could need. We will be back

Recently spent a week in this Hotel - a great place great location - Staff could not have been more helpful - front desk staff, hospitality staff all excellent and customer focused. The restaurant staff and in particular the Manager Ali, made my stay special nothing was a problem. The food in the restaurant from breakfast to the Asian Fusion dinner offerings - fantastic and tasty. Highly recommend as a base for a Devonport and beyond base.

I was very impressed with the hotel and its staff. I had a very spacious king room with a huge balcony. I loved the soft, large towels and the very comfortable bed. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently placed with a beautiful outlook over the waterfront and parklands.

Great location in Devonport, but I didn't find the customer service good or bad, just meh, bare minimum really no effort to be friendly. Checkout was equally as mediocre. I had prepaid the room, so I asked if I can leave the room key cards due to the long line and one staff focussed on checking someone in at 945am. She abruptly barked at me to just leave the key! Maybe a quick / express checkout to leave the room keys in a sealed box might be helpful (like most hotels these days). I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel - not an overly hospitable welcome at all.
