We stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights after a disappointing experience at another resort—and honestly, we wished we had booked all 6 nights here instead. While the building is older and could use a bit of maintenance, everything else more than made up for it. The facilities were great—we enjoyed tennis, pool, the golf course and the gym, all of which were in excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though the restaurant’s regular menu could use some improvement. Most of all, the staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made our stay special.

Just an overnight stay as late flight arrival (9pm) and didn't want another 2 hour transfer to Coral Coast where we were holidaying. Staff very welcoming upon arrival, took bags to our room whilst we enjoyed complimentary drink with a light meal dinner (curry & rice 7/10). Room was very spacious comfortable, albeit a little dated, big bathroom (bath & shower), clean bedding, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The TV reception was very poor but found this to be an issue with the other hotels stayed at during our visit......was too tired to watch anything anyway! Good view from the balcony that overlooked 3 hole (?) golf course and tropical gardens. There is a nice pool area, gym, in-house beauty spa and a small convenience store as well. Cooked buffet breakfast had good choices, no egg station but had pre-cooked fried eggs and omelette (which was very tasty) options. Plenty of bread, pastries, cereals and fresh fruit. Overall a hearty meal but would say that that the cooked food was only (just) warm through a hot water bath rather than heating. I would have liked to have stayed here an extra night to enjoy the facilities and have a look around Nadi & local attractions but was pressed for time - but will definitely next time!

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight before heading out to the Yasawa islands, there for less than 12 hours so were a bit perplexed at the 400 dollars NZ security bond ( which was not disclosed at booking) we only use debit cards not credit cards so this was bit stressful for us, we were also overcharged for the night, the staff did sort this out for us after some time but left us starting our holiday not great. The air conditioning was super loud so we couldn’t sleep with it on. Not worth it for the price at all. Still waiting on security deposit back!

Worst hotel experience of my life. This is a 2 star hotel at best. Rooms were dirty and stank of smoke, bathroom tiles had been painted over - clearly to hide the filth and mould, traffic noise was outrageous so much so that I needed to sleep with the balcony doors closed - therefore no fresh air, fluorescent lighting throughout, smashed bottle of water in the mini bar fridge, disgusting, inedible breakfast, 1 star pool and pool furniture. Do not stay here under any circumstances.
