Nothing to complaint about this Novotel. All good for the price of money we paid. Location is perfect for us. Room is clean and bathroom is comfortable size and clean. Hot water works perfectly.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Perth CBD, across from paid parking. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The barista coffee was unexpectedly excellent, and the bar snacks that we tried were delicious. The hotel team was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our fridge, which was needed to store our toddler's milk, the staff quickly had it fixed within a day. The pool, gym, and sauna are excellent amenities. The pool was the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever used; only recommendation is to advise guests at check in or add signage as we only find it on our last day. If we have the opportunity to visit again, we’d love to stay on a higher floor. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we’d like to thank the team for making our stay enjoyable.

Stay was great right in the city close to great restaurants. Loved the big comfy bed! The staff were great and the housekeeping were super helpful when I went back to try find something I thought I lost in the hotel but I eventually found in my partners case. The pool was nice to chill at because it’s heated!

the hotel miscommunicated the parking charges to me which resulted in me having to pay higher charges than what should have been. pretty poor service because they didn’t want to waive off charges which they did not communicate clearly at the start. this left a rather bitter pill to swallow at the end. otherwise, hotel room was average overall, breakfast was ok.
