We stayed here for 6 nights in August 2025. We took a pool access room which costs a bit more but was worth every penny. Loved the hotel, loved the pool and the location was excellent. We have two young kids and liked being near everything but also having the serene and quiet space in the hotel. This hotel is excellent for families and I plan to come again next summer.

Wonderful stay at Novotel. My family and I spent four nights at this excellent hotel. Our stay was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the large outdoor pool. The bed was large and comfy, and the bathroom had a shower, a separate bath (bath salts provided), and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, body lotion, etc.). The room has a TV, fridge, air conditioning, complimentary water, coffee, tea, a safe, an iron, a board, and an umbrella. The hotel offers room service (7am-11pm), a gym, a spa, a mini-mart, and a swimming pool. They are available during the day from 8 am to 8pm. The room cleaning service is very efficient, and once called, the room was cleaned by the time we finished our exercise routine in the gym. The breakfast is excellent, with various culinary options on the buffet, varying from Thai to Western, a salad station, eggs cooked to order, and a wide selection of pastries. Finally, the staff made the stay even more pleasurable as they are friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. During breakfast, the Chef, while performing routine checks on the buffet, always had time to chat with us to ensure we enjoyed the food and our stay. The waitress, Dew, was fabulous, super friendly and keen to make our hotel experience enjoyable. The company is very fortunate to have a dedicated staff that, with their passion, makes such a big hotel look like a family-run enterprise. Thank you.

Thanks to his outstanding service, we not only had a pleasant stay, but we now genuinely want to come back again and again to this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but it has completely lost its family-friendly atmosphere. The reception and facilities are now filled with large groups of single men bringing in ladies and ladyboys, making the environment feel inappropriate and uncomfortable for families with children. At times, the lobby was crowded with dozens arriving by bus, creating a scene that is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that once promoted itself as family-oriented. This is no longer a suitable place for families, and I will never return.
