After years of booking at other hotels, we tried the Novotel three years ago. Since then, we've booked this hotel every time. The only negative thing about the hotel is sometimes the guests, which, of course, isn't the hotel's fault. There are simply some nations here that can't behave. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the staff. Starting with the friendly ladies cleaning rooms, the gentlemen at the entrance, the staff in the restaurant, at the bars, and of course at the reception. They always helped us when we had a request or greeted us with a friendly "good morning/good day" with a friendly smile. My family and I have decided that next time we'll be staying at the Novotel again. Thank you very much

Hotel staff was very helful. I had brought my mother innlaw , whom is not very mobile, hotel staff provided wheel chair in the hotel. I wpuld like to suggest that a hotel cpuld possible have a wheel chair for rental purpose so we can use it outside the hotel.

The location is excellent. It's a 10-minute drive to Jeongseol-lon, and there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and massage shops nearby. The pool was larger and more comfortable than I expected. The Margherita pizza I ordered by the pool was delicious. However, the bathroom door in my room was broken and had to be recharged. The body wash wasn't provided, so when I asked to recharge it, they said they understood but didn't recharge it until check-out. The bathroom was a bit dirty, so overall, I was satisfied with the price.
