Very nice hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Restaurant is nice as is the bar with comfortable seating and big screen TV with Sky sports without the sound. So you can have a conversation without loud background noise.

My stay at Novotel Queenstown Lakeside was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located right by the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and activities. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making the whole experience feel welcoming. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the perfect start to each day before exploring Queenstown. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommended!

Have just had a three night stay at the Novotel Queenstown lakeside to visit our son who is working at the hotel bar. The location is superb, right on the lakeside and surrounded by so many amazing restaurants, pubs and bars. We stayed in the standard rooms, which were on the small side. Beds were comfy. The bathroom had shower over bath which was quite small and awkward but other than that they were fine. We had a late flight the day we arrived so had a bite to eat at the bar, which was delicious. Great espresso martini made by Noah. A huge shoutout to Prabath who was such a delight, he couldn’t do enough for us which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
