although it is quite far from a lot of food and malls, there are shuttles at convenient times that allows people to travel to the orchard area quite conveniently additionally, dining at food exchange was one of the most pleasant experiences for me! thanks to mr mohamad, mr louis, and ms yani, my experience here had become much more enjoyable. from walking into the restaurant to even dining, they were always attentive to my needs, especially when i was waiting for my pancakes and milo to be refilled. they were very swift and they made sure that i had everything i needed! thank you!

Enjoyed the value, meaning the price is reasonable for the quality and room size. Clean, spacious for Singapore, comfortable bed, AC worked well. The check in process was smooth and they were able to do an early checkin at 1:30pm. The thing to consider for hotel is location. It is nice and quiet but a bit of a walk to get food and coffee outside of the the hotel.

hotel did not inform me it was under renovation when the booking was made. i waited an hour for a room upon my arrival at the hotel at 1:30am in the middle of the night, and all they offered was free breakfast (which i do not need) and free hotel transfer. reception was well under staff, it was always a 10-15 minutes wait before you get any attention from any staff. it was not pleasant and not an enjoyable stay at all
