Amazing experience with our stay. Novotel is perfectly located in the middle of the Surfer’s Paradise action. Everything was within easy reach and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Views were spectacular, room amenities were great, friendly front desk staff and housekeeping respect privacy. Too cold to use pool so no experience with it. Overall a wonderful stay and would come back for our future stays.

We loved our stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the buffet breakfast — so much variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall had a really positive experience. The location is fantastic, close to everything I needed, and it made getting around the city super easy. The amenities were also impressive, from the pool to the common areas, everything felt well maintained and convenient. One of the real highlights for me was the gym. I was genuinely impressed by how well equipped it was compared to most hotels. plenty of weights, cardio machines, and a cable machine. For anyone who likes to stay on top of their training while travelling, this gym is a huge plus. The only two downsides was that my room had a strange smell that never really went away during the stay. It didn’t ruin the trip, but it was noticeable and a bit off putting. The WIFI was awful and made it near impossible to do any admin work which is an essential part of my line of work Overall, a great hotel with excellent amenities and one of the best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel, but I’d love to see them address the room issue to make the experience perfect.

Very average stay and definitely not up to the normal Novotel standard. Would not recommend!! The location is good and the only positive of our stay. The parking was easy enough and reception staff were ok. The room was clean, though very dated. While the beds were comfortable, the room was very small and tight bathroom layout. We were put on a low floor, next to lifts so got to hear the noise all night. Our room looked out at an air vent and painting scaffolding obscured the rest of daylight, instead of the hinterland view we booked. The balcony overlooked what I’m guessing is the back of the hotel & it was an absolute mess with rubbish everywhere. It’s one thing if you’re doing renovations to the hotel fine, but don’t put paying guests in rooms obstructed by the scaffolding especially when the hotel wasn’t full. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be booking it for my customers ever!
