Rooms were a little on the small side but we’re still very nice. Hotel was decently clean except they left all the housekeeping sheets in the hallway until 9pm at night. Great staff at the check in desk & buffet breakfast was awesome! Right next to the train station too which was ideal when coming from the airport!

Large rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Pillows were way too big and took a couple of goes to get smaller ones. Breakfast was wonderful and overall our stay was really nice.

Beautiful room with great views of the city and close to motorways and port for travel. One not so great thing is that the reception and also the cleaners were unaware that we had paid for the late check out option,at one point i was in the bathroom, and heard someone enter the room briefly. Was 3 times in total , also said on my email that i could check out at 5pm and they were trying to say we had to be out at 3.30 Beautiful stay otherwise :)

Booked our family here for a one night stay. The staff were very helpful in checking us in. I booked the standard king room and standard twin room, both room were spacious for my family. My 11 month had enough space to walk about in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was decent however after having a shower the bathroom floor ended up wet. Probably need to have a longer glass window to stop the back splash. We parked our vehicle overnight and there was plenty of parking especially in P3. The hotel is easy to find and where to park is around the corner from the place with a sign. Prior to checking out, we took a walk down to the Opera house and took some photos, the walk to the Opera house was lovely but bear in mind walking back you'll walk two streets of steep hill. Like any other hotels with over 10 levels, it is a bit of hunger games with the elevator especially around peak hour (checking in and checking out). We opted to eat at the buffet breakfast downstairs and that was below average. I would recommend saving your money and finding a nice cafe around the Opera house or around Barangaroo. All in all the hotel is comfortable enough to stay at.
