From check-in to check-out, we had an amazing stay at the Novotel. Bianca from the front desk was particularly helpful and was so pleasant to deal with. The hotel is family friendly with a kid's zone and the room itself was clean and spacious. Great location with walking distance to the Aquatic centre, arenas and stadiums as as well numerous dining options.

Pretty good experience at this hotel. I can only fault the interior design of the room in which I stayed. It appeared the curtains and bedhead had blood stains on them. It was shocked this is the design style. It made me think otherwise.

Came for Sunday breakfast ... buffet style. Nice assortment of fresh food/fruit/breads and little pastries. A beautiful cappuccino brought to us piping hot which was included. A shout out to our server Lily who was friendly and welcoming with so many tables to allocate to diners on a busy morning.
