The resort serves as an ideal base for exploring Palau’s legendary Rock Islands, world-class dive sites and unique marine sanctuaries. Direct flights operate from Brisbane on Saturdays with Qantas, returning the following Sunday.

The resort is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Roman Tmetuchl International Airport (ROR). Return airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see the Fine Print for details.

  • Return shared airport shuttle transfers (select packages only): Advance booking made by contacting reservation@palauppr.com. The shuttle operates based on guest flight times and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. For arrival, our airport representative will be at arrival area holding Palau Pacific Resort signage for easy recognition. For departure, guest will be picked up at the hotel lobby.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
