Palm Bungalows is nestled in the lush paradise of Hamilton Island, a classic Whitsundays escape and gateway to the iconic Great Barrier Reef. Just a five-minute walk away, you’ll find the vibrant Hamilton Island Marina, home to a variety of restaurants, cafes and surf shops. The resort is located approximately a five-minute drive from Hamilton Island Airport (HTI). Return Hamilton Island Airport or marina shuttle bus transfers are included in your package. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Please note, check-in is at Reef View Hotel.
• Access to the following is included in all packages: Spa wumurdaylin, Island Hair and Beauty, multiple resort swimming pools and Clownfish Kids’ Club.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Pool Terrace Restaurant at Reef View Hotel.
• Please note Sails restaurant is only open seasonally during school holidays.
• Children can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the Kids’ Menu. This offer is for dine-in only (takeaway, delivery or in-room dining are excluded) and is only available when a minimum of one adult meal is ordered.
• Guests have access to the Reef View Hotel pool, Bougainvillea pool, Sails pool and main pool with a swim-up bar.
• The included water sports are for the use of catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkelling equipment.
• The return airport and marina transfers are on a shared shuttle basis with no time restriction. No bookings are required.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The hotel credit can be used at any outlet that can charge back to the guest’s room. This includes a range of restaurants, the spa and bookings for tours via the Hamilton Island Tour Desk. The credit is deducted from the total room bill upon checkout. No minimum spend is required, and it can be put towards any transaction that has room charge capability.
• Please note, upgrades to the balcony balustrades at the Reef View Hotel will take place from 3 March to 13 December 2025. There may be some intermittent construction noise on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between the hours of 8.30am–4.30pm.

Whitehaven Beach Tour Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Valid for two adults or two adults and two children (as per selected package).
• Includes: Half-day Whitehaven Beach tour (*approximately four hours), scenic cruise through the Whitsunday Islands, two hours free time at the southern end of Whitehaven Beach, beach activities including paddleboards (subject to availability), morning or afternoon tea, protective stinger suits, access to the Southern Whitehaven Beach Lookout, and return ferry transfers from Hamilton Island.
• To complete your booking, please email your booking ID, passenger details and your requested travel date to reservations@cruisewhitsundays.com.
• Please book a minimum of two days before your check-in date.
• Departure is from Hamilton Island Marina – Front Street, Hamilton Island, Queensland 4802, Australia.
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Cruise Whitsundays for passenger and crew safety.
• Northerly winds will impact the ability to safely access Whitehaven Beach and will result in the tour visiting an alternate destination.
• To keep Whitehaven Beach pristine and untouched, there are no shops or cafes and only limited toilet facilities, however, toilet facilities and additional drinks and snacks are available for purchase onboard.
