Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for {{BrandName}} credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your {{BrandName}} credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with {{BrandName}}. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Inclusions:

• Session time and the album of edited professional photos post the photoshoot.
• Access to a client gallery – a private online gallery to view, share and download images.
• Online access to meet and communicate with your photographer before the shoot.
• All photos are provided in high-resolution format.
• The one-hour experience includes one location and 20 edited images provided within 7 days. {{BrandName}} members will receive a bonus additional 10 edited photos for their Travelshoot album
