My friends and I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at the Park Hyatt Bangkok last week and were deeply grateful for the warm and gracious welcome we received from the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally hospitable and attentive. One of the team members kindly guided us to the pantry, where we could select from a wonderful array of pastries and chocolates to accompany the savoury and dessert items. The afternoon tea set was exquisitely presented in fine porcelain, enhancing the entire dining experience. The true highlight, however, was the genuine warmth and positive attitude of the staff, as well as their thoughtful approach to ensuring every guest’s satisfaction. Everything was simply perfect, making our afternoon truly memorable. A heartfelt thank-you to Khun Mammie, Khun Pat, and Khun Poppy, who were all so attentive and welcoming ka.

Booked this location with my husband for our first trip to Thailand. The location is very convenient. It’s connected to a mall and very close to the train station. We walked most of the time so walking around the area was good as it’s also nearby many good restaurants and shops as well as tourist areas. The restaurant menu had a great selection and my husband has a severe peanut allergy but they took great care of it. They really made us feel relaxed about it as it was our biggest issue going to Thailand. The room was clean and had everything you needed with an astounding view of the city. The outdoor pool also has a great view and the staff were attentive when we needed to order drinks. The staff overall were very welcoming. It felt like we’ve been there many times even though it was our first. I have to give my absolute gratitude to the front desk team, especially Bonus. She was kind and took time to talk to us and recommended great places during our stay. Whenever we passed by the front desk the staff always greeted us with a smile and a hello and we would chat with Bonus like she was a friend, asking us how our day went and what we did. We felt right at home at a new country and are very grateful to have stayed at the Park Hyatt for our first trip to Thailand

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay here. Especially adding the option of the Executive Retreat package was worth it, getting a special breakfast menu, light lunch and dinner and drinks provided. Especially the lunch and dinner service were of very high quality and absolutely fantastic. Also, great selection of beverages including cocktails. The building itself is spectacular, the pool area gorgeous and the facilities modern and new. The hotel in general is very modern and, among all the design and ligh wood, I missed the local touches. The hotel caters a lot to business customers. We still felt very welcome, especially with the fantastic service. The location on top of Central Embassy is fantastic too.

Very underwhelming. Stayed at many 4/5 star resorts in Thailand with fresher cleaner rooms. First time walking in there is hair on the towels. Made me paranoid the towels and sheets had been reused from last guest. Stains on the couch. Carpet feels like it could use a deep clean. Mildewy smell unlike the nice smell of lobby and lobby bathrooms. There was a welcome card but it wasn’t our name…. You don’t want to start a trip asking for new towels, air purifier etc. Lobby is beautiful clean and smells great and staff is very nice. I would not stay again.
