You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Park Pool Villa and Park Water Villa – Package valid for two adults
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and one child. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:
Important: For safety reasons, Park Hyatt does not recommend that small children stay in Park Water Villas. If parents staying in a Park Water Villa wish to bring their children, they must sign a disclaimer, agreeing to take full responsibility for their children’s safety.
Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$265 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, Green Tax and breakfast only. Add dinners for USD100 per day and/or transfers for US$520. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: One child (aged 11 and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$135 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, Green Tax and breakfast only. Add dinners for US$50 per day and/or transfers for US$430. Payable directly to the resort.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged under two) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge. Transfers may be added for US$160, payable directly to the resort. Please note: Green Tax also applies to infants at a cost of US$6 per day. This must be paid to the hotel upon checkout.
Connecting rooms are not available.
