Beautiful hotel 🏨, large selection of free breakfast included with your stay. Great customer service, very friendly staff. The best was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept 😴 in at a hotel. Within walking distance of the bay, a really nice mall right next door, with amazing food selections, a 7/11 next door.

Had a fantastic lunch at Peppermint! Food was prepared and presented nicely. It was also delicious which showcased the talent and dedication of the F&B team. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place is committed to quality. What also made my experience stand out was the incredible attitude of one of their cleaners. Although I didn’t get their name, their courteous and polite demeanor was a lovely surprise. It’s clear that this hotel invests in great staff across all areas. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

Amazing first stay in Singapore! This was our first time visiting Singapore, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt so welcomed. Doris, the Duty Manager, was absolutely amazing — so friendly, genuine, and she really looked after us. Even though it was a busy period, she made us feel like we were the only guests there, and that says a lot about the level of care and attention she gives. Simon in Food & Beverage also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and professional. The service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time in Singapore. Highly recommend this hotel — we’ll definitely be back!

The lobby is elegant, and the view from the room is impressive. However, the overall facilities were quite disappointing for a hotel rated five stars. There was no steam room or sauna available — though I later found out that these are offered only as paid services in the spa area. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard of amenities. My previous stay at the Four Seasons was far superior in every aspect. Moreover, the room cleanliness was not up to standard — hair and dust on the floor was noted. The hot water in the shower was also unstable, which made the stay less comfortable. When we needed to reschedule the booking due to a medical condition (just a one-day change), the process required multiple follow-ups, and the email responses were extremely slow. If you’re traveling for business, this hotel may be suitable. But if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday experience, it’s probably not the best choice. This one-star rating is for a 5-star hotel. It’ll be a nice place if it’s a 4-star hotel.
