We loved our stay. The apartment was a great size and the view was magnificent. Location was fantastic, just a short walk to the heart of town. Staff helpful and friendly. We would stay again but the apartment is a little dated and the furniture, carpets and curtains could do with a little refresh.

Great place with a 5mins walk to the main Queenstown shops. Rooms where nice, not too dated, bathrooms in good condition. Views are a little hit and miss pending the room and other rooms on different levels surrounding you. They had sky, and sky sport available! However they only provide a tiny TV (mid range computer screen type size) to watch it on.

Arrival was good with the staff sorting out the booking problem quickly and efficiently. Even though we were asked to move they also made that an easy task with them helping and assisting us with various solutions. Even though the rooms themselves need a little TLC they are comfortable and clean. Overall we would definitely stay again and want to reiterate how wonderful the staff were during our visit.

Poor cleanliness. Shower drain blocked, had to clear it myself - about 5 years worth of hair and grey sludge. The place is well overdue for a repair and repaint too, but generally it just needs to be cleaned better (bathrooms). And super noisy, neighbour door woke us every morning, and kids running around upstairs at 11pm most nights thumping on the floor, not a very sound proof building. Location is great and view from hotel room was pretty good.
