Our trip was just wonderful. We stayed on level 8 in a 2 bedroom Lakeview room with a baby and a toddler and the room was exceptional. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fireplace overlooking the mountains was just beautiful. The hotel staff were so accomodating - always going above and beyond to help. It was just a short stroll into town that is all footpath. We will definitely be back.

Hotel room only we had was very noisy from upstairs someone jumping and interconnecting door to our room a child was banging on our door. Very clean and tidy fantastic staff will never forget the service was amazing just want to shout out to our beautiful kind lady on the front desk Lana she greeted us as it was our honey moon with a kind greeting card and a bottle of wine. Much Love ❤️ from Lisa and Martin Schelberg

2 Bed Lakeview Apartment was perfect for a family. The 10th floor view was absolutely stunning and the facilities for a family were great with the 2 bathrooms and kitchenette. Also great proximity for walking to the centre of town. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a huge plus and coffee machine a nice bonus as well. We would definitely love to stay again when we are next in Queenstown.

3 families staying across rooms 202 206 and 208. Piss poor quality of the rooms. Great view but downhill from there. The photos on the website do not match what we got in our rooms. My friends room had rips in the ceiling and faeces marks in the toilet. Stains on the blinds as if a drink had been tossed over it and behind the curtains and blinds to the bedrooms looked like it had never been cleaned - years worth of dust. So old and dated. Our room wasn't much better - when I looked under the bed there was about a cm of dust. The mould on the bathroom tiles I could wipe away with my finger. Obviously not wiped over properly. Water damage to floor boards in kitchen. Faulty toaster that didn't pop the toast up and set the toast on fire. The apartment filled up with smoke and there were no smoke alarms triggered which I let reception know about. Couldn't go on the balcony due to dirt all over the tiles. My other friends room was much the same but they had to put up with an actual jackhammer doing balcony repairs in the room right next to them from 9am to 5pm for 3 days straight. No rooms to change into. We could hear it in our room and my 2 year had awful naps because of it. The lady on reception was lovely - she had obviously received alot of complaints and was sympathetic but nothing she could control. I have since read that there is no point going there unless you get a refurbished room. We were there 5 nights at the end of our trip - for the 10k we paid for 3 x 2 bedroom apartments it was an absolute let down.
