‘7-Day change of mind guarantee’ - Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Spa Vouchers:
- No minimum spend required
- No minimum treatment time required

- The voucher is valid for either a “welcome facial or massage” or the A$40 value can be put towards another treatment from the menu

Discounted Palace Cinema Tickets:
- A$27 instead of A$38 for two people
- Multiple movie tickets can be purchased and redeemed during stay
- Tickets are available for all movies and all days. Excludes any showing with an included F&B component, such as film festivals and special screenings
- Guest purchase vouchers from hotel reception, and then redeem the vouchers for physical tickets to the film they choose to see at Palace Cinema
Nightly Cocktail:
- Served in the Library Bar daily 4pm–5pm. Cocktail of the day is created by the F&B team and changed on a daily basis. The team are flexible with requests
