The hotel is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta or two hours’ drive from Brisbane airport.

Flights to Brisbane depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 8 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 15 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 9 hours).

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. ‘7-Day change of mind guarantee’: Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of booking and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your hotel booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Housekeeping: Please note that three-night stays are unserviced by housekeeping. Five-night stays will receive one full housekeeping service on the third day after arrival, including fresh bed linen and towels.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people.

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests - including children and infants - are not permitted.

One-Bedroom Spa Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (of any age) can stay for a surcharge of AU$65 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards room capacity. One cot per room can be provided for a surcharge of AU$10 per night (subject to availability), payable directly to the resort.

Two-Bedroom Spa Suite - Packages are valid for four adults.
