We came here for dinner and ordered a series of platters. Each small meal was cooked to perfection. I love good food and these meals were mouth watering. They flavours of each dish shone and the customer service was outstanding as well. Thank you for producing such exquisite food. We will be back.

Very impressed with our room. We required 2 double beds - not always easy to find! The room was incredibly spacious (way above the normal hotel sized rooms). Lovely decor, comfortable beds. Our room overlooked the river. Highly recommended. We haven't tried the restaurant yet, but plan to during our 3 night stay.

Recently stayed when visiting Launceston. Rooms were spacious and the bed was one of the comfiest out of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Plenty of parking on site. Staff were friendly and our 2 year old enjoyed seeing and patting Archie over the 2 nights we stayed. Being close to a park was perfect for a child, and was 500m from the Motor Museum. We were accidentally charged for a missing beer in the fridge from a previous occupant, however was rectified straight away when questioned. We didn’t see a minibar menu in the room - this might help alleviate this in the future as we had no idea what was supposed to be in the minibar. Would stay again if visiting Launceston.

Reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with our almost 5 month old baby. Restaurant staff also extremely friendly and very helpful. Even went into details with recommendations for what wine to have with certain meals. Rooms were immaculate especially for a first time experience at the hotel. Was our first time staying but definitely won’t be the last. Very happy all round.
