The check-in process was efficient and the staff were friendly and professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options.

I stayed here during a business trip and unfortunately found the workspace setup lacking—desks had TVs sitting on top, making it difficult to work effectively even after upgrading rooms. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the restaurant served fantastic meals, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. If you're traveling for leisure, it's a great spot—but business travelers may want to confirm room layout details beforehand

Mixed Experience Overall We encountered a booking issue upon arrival, which required a call to our booking agent to resolve — not the smoothest start to our stay. The room itself was very good, spacious and well-appointed. However, there was a noticeable trip hazard due to the height difference between the bathroom and bedroom tiles, which could be a safety concern. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired. We had to request additional toilet paper, and for a suite, only two towels provided each day of our stay, which didn’t seem adequate. With a few improvements, this could have been a much more comfortable and seamless stay. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the hotel is rated at a five-star standard — limited selection and lacklustre quality. There was no concierge on arrival, and surprisingly, the front desk attendant had to move our car for valet parking, which didn’t present a great first impression. Even wanted you to pay extra for a cup of coffee if you wanted make from the barista. On a positive point the hotel was situated in a great location close to entertainment areas and hospitality. The friendly staff made you feel very welcomed. Overall, the experience felt understaffed, likely due to the busy Gather Round period, but that should have been anticipated and better managed. While the potential is there, the service and attention to detail didn’t meet the expectations of a luxury hotel. Extremely expensive for the overall package during Gather Round.
