Located next to the ibis hotel and a short walk from the airport, it was a perfect location for an early morning flight. A friendly smiling gentleman came out to collect our luggage and placed it in our room before we got upstairs. Check in was fast, friendly and she explained they have a pool! Executive club minimal but the drinks in the bar was good but on the cheap side. Restaurant ok and prices high. Early shuttles from 4am which was helpful for our 6am flight. Staff were friendly even at 4am.

Great location located at the brisbane airport. Was able to return our rental car and walk to the hotel. Fast check in with no wait and the young lady was very friendly who welcomed us back even though we are a silver member it was a nice touch. Lucky to get an upgrade to executive floor which is on the high floors of this hotel. Runway views which was nice. Concierge took our bags up as soon as we arrived. Couldn't fault except the dress code in the restaurant, strange for an airport hotel. Overall was great.

Nice and spacious rooms for an airport hotel. Close to the domestic terminal and a quick trip to the international. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The shower was amazing and the eggs at breakfast were delicious! Would stay again if had the opportunity.

I dropped a star for our room because the glass window seal is faulty and we had a breeze blowing through it, enough of a breeze to cause the curtains to move. Also because of the pay to view on the television. Really when stopping in 5 star you expect better channel choice. But the room was excellent and the service was outstanding. Massive beds. Exceptionally clean. Room service excellent. Would definitely stop here again.
