We recently stayed at Pullman Magenta Shores for a family getaway and booked a 3-Bedroom Deluxe Villa. The villa was spacious, modern, and perfect for our group, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It felt new and well-maintained, with multiple amenities that made the stay enjoyable—from the large living area to the outdoor patio and full kitchen. While the overall presentation of the villa was impressive, the kitchen was slightly understocked with utensils, which made preparing meals a bit tricky at times. Another small letdown was the indoor pool, which was advertised as heated but felt quite cold during our visit. Despite these minor issues, the resort grounds were well-kept, and the location was quiet and relaxing, perfect for families wanting to unwind. There’s easy access to the beach, and the resort facilities such as the golf course and outdoor pools added to the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a lovely stay and suited our needs well. We’d happily return in the future if the opportunity arises, especially for another relaxed family escape.

We were first time visitors to the Pullman Magenta Shores Resort. The resort is well laid out. The golf course is challenging (particularly on a windy day). We found the staff friendly and nothing too difficult to accommodate. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort. We thought the menu offered was good as was the delivery of service. Overall excellent value.

I really enjoyed a winter weekend away at this venue. The restaurant, staff were great. We couldn’t get through to the golf course in weeks in advance & could only get on at 4.30pm, which was the sole reason for my husband and friends to have arranged this trip. So I’d recommend booking super early. The food was good, and a great atmosphere. The clientele were good, a wide mix of people. The location was great. Not too far from the restaurants & bars of The Entrance. The premises were well decorated & had everything you needed. The kitchen needed a good clean re the oven & in the nooks. But thr grounds being as large as they are, were well maintained & tropical. But mostly, being so close to the beach walks, being able to get up early & enjoy the views and nature was a highlight.

Just checked out from the Pullman Magenta Shores Resort. The hotel has a very convenient location and decent facilities, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service department. The "full kitchen" was shockingly underequipped – it contained only two commercial-grade pots so massive they couldn’t fit into the sink, while the only available lid was a comically miniature one that didn’t fit anything. Never have I encountered a vacation rental kitchen with such absurdly mismatched utensils. Credit to the housekeeping team, however, who promptly delivered two functional pots upon request. While we understood early check-in wasn't guaranteed during peak season, the staff assured us they would call once our room was ready. No follow-up ever came. We finally checked in after 3 PM, only to be merely handed a map with zero orientation to resort facilities. Later of the day, when inquiring about breakfast, staff again failed to inform us of breakfast hours. At the restaurant, our breakfast entitlement was overlooked – even after presenting my Accor membership card, I had to repeatedly clarify that breakfast was included. Shockingly, resolving this single issue required five rounds of inquiries, verification, and waiting – a level of inefficiency I've never encountered at any other Accor property. On a positive note, the maintenance team deserves praise: when the pool gate malfunctioned, they restored full functionality within an hour – truly commendable efficiency.
